OER and Change in Higher Education: Reflections from Practice

Commonwealth of Learning

The Commonwealth of Learning have published Open Educational Resources and Change in Higher Education: Reflections from Practice (2012) edited by Jenny Glennie, Ken Harley, Neil Butcher, Trudi van Wyk. 28 contributors bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and insights about OER policy and practice at both national and international levels. With some astute caveats, their findings collectively affirm the promise of OER as a way of providing enhanced quality education to potentially greater numbers of students. The book is licenced with a Creative Commons BY licence and is available online http://www.col.org/PublicationDocuments/pub_PS_OER_web.pdf
